The professional journey of Zenith U in hospitality began more than ten years ago, with early roles that provided hands-on exposure to hotel operations and guest service delivery. Through assignments in several international hotel environments, he developed a working understanding of front office operations, service recovery protocols, and departmental coordination.

Before joining ibis Styles Mysuru, Zenith U served as Rooms Division Manager at Grand Mercure Bangalore, a premium hotel within the Accor portfolio.
