Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has announced the opening of Wyndham Garden Udaipur Bhuwana, a 70-room hillside retreat located amid the scenic Aravalli hills. Designed as a nature-inspired escape, the hotel aims to offer travellers a peaceful environment that blends relaxation, wellness, and immersive local experiences.

The opening marks Wyndham’s fifth property in Udaipur, strengthening the brand’s presence in one of India’s most popular leisure and destination wedding markets.

The hotel’s design reflects the natural landscape and architectural traditions of Rajasthan. Traditional materials, open layouts, and heritage-inspired elements create a seamless connection between indoor spaces and the surrounding hills.

Strategic Expansion for Wyndham Garden in India

Rahool Macarius, Market Managing Director – Eurasia at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, noted that the new property reflects the brand’s growing focus on nature-driven hospitality experiences.

He highlighted that the opening is the third Wyndham Garden hotel launched in India within two years, indicating strong market demand for experiential and wellness-focused stays.

Partnership with NILE Hospitality and Zappy Holidays Resorts

The property has been developed in partnership with Zappy Holidays Resorts and is managed by NILE Hospitality, a hospitality management company that already operates multiple Wyndham-branded properties in India.

According to Vikram Singh Chauhan, Founder & CEO of NILE Hospitality, the collaboration aims to deliver a hospitality experience that blends Rajasthan’s cultural heritage with modern global standards.

The collaboration is also expanding through an exclusive development agreement to introduce the Microtel by Wyndham brand in India, with plans to open 40 Microtel hotels across the country by 2031.
