In his new role, Bhatt will lead the overall operations strategy for Whiteflower’s current and upcoming properties. His responsibilities span operational performance, brand alignment, service quality benchmarks, and team leadership across the portfolio.

The role covers existing hotels including Whiteflower Jim Corbett, Whiteflower Mussoorie, Bulaakh by Whiteflower Mussoorie, and Whiteflower Dehradun, along with upcoming destinations in Haridwar, Nainital, and Rishikesh. He will also oversee strategic planning and execution to ensure brand consistency at every guest touchpoint.


Professional Journey and Industry Experience

Bhatt brings over 15 years of hospitality experience, having worked across luxury hotels, experiential destinations, and large-scale operations. Prior to joining Whiteflower, his career included leadership roles with established brands such as Taj Hotels, IHG, Smaaash, Radisson Blu, and Alila. His background combines operational depth with a strong focus on guest experience and team development.
