TWH Hospitality has outlined a structured expansion plan for its Food & Beverage (F&B) division, backed by an investment of over Rs 30 crores, as the Goa-based hospitality company accelerates growth across new Indian markets. The strategy focuses on a franchise-led model, combining both FOCO (Franchise Owned, Company Operated) and FOFO (Franchise Owned, Franchise Operated) formats to scale efficiently while maintaining operational standards.

Eight New Outlets Planned Across Three Cities

Career Background

As part of its roadmap, TWH Hospitality plans to open eight new F&B outlets across three additional cities by 2028. Two outlets have already been announced, while six more are in the development pipeline through FY 2028, marking a significant phase in the company’s expansion journey. The new outlets will be rolled out through a mix of franchise partnerships and owned brands.

Partnership with Nazeer Foods Strengthens Rollout

Advancing this strategy, TWH Hospitality has partnered with Nazeer Foods to launch two new F&B outlets, one in Goa and another in Zirakpur, part of the Chandigarh–Tricity region. Operated under the FOCO model, the partnership is designed to leverage Nazeer Foods’ culinary and operational expertise while strengthening TWH Hospitality’s presence in key growth markets.

Focus on Scalable Franchise Models

Key Achievements

The company’s expansion approach prioritises flexibility and scalability, with FOCO and FOFO models enabling faster market entry and collaboration with experienced operators. TWH Hospitality is also in discussions with international brands exploring entry into India and is evaluating mall-based partnerships across multiple cities to enhance visibility and reach.

Current Role & Responsibilities

Currently, TWH Hospitality operates The Boho Café in Anjuna under its TWH Café vertical and The Boho Beach Resort in Morjim under its hospitality division. The F&B expansion builds on this foundation, aiming to create diverse dining formats across leisure and urban markets.

Leadership Perspective on Growth

Commenting on the expansion, Ambika Saxena, CEO, TWH Hospitality, said the partnership-led approach aligns with the company’s vision of offering distinctive dining experiences while scaling responsibly. The expansion is also expected to generate new opportunities for franchise partners and hospitality professionals across upcoming locations.
