Treebo Hospitality Ventures has announced the elevation of Tushar Trivedi to the role of Vice President & Head of Portfolio – North, marking a significant leadership milestone within the organisation. Based out of Jaipur, Tushar will spearhead portfolio performance and strategic expansion across Treebo’s Northern India footprint.

Career Background

In his new role, Tushar will be responsible for driving P&L performance, strengthening operational excellence, and accelerating strategic growth initiatives across the region. His mandate also includes expanding B2B distribution channels, leading cross-functional teams, and enhancing customer satisfaction and regional profitability in line with Treebo’s long-term growth vision.

Tushar’s elevation is the result of a remarkable nine-year journey with Treebo, during which he has consistently delivered strong business outcomes and demonstrated people-centric leadership. He joined the organisation in 2017 as a Sales Manager and steadily progressed through critical roles, including Regional Sales Manager – Travel Trade, Cluster Head, and most recently Associate Vice President, playing a key role in scaling revenues and strengthening partner ecosystems.

Prior to joining Treebo, Tushar gained valuable industry exposure in relationship management roles and through B2B segmentation-focused assignments, building a strong foundation in partner engagement and market development.
