In his new role, Nitesh Bairwa will lead the entire housekeeping function, overseeing room operations, public area upkeep, cleaning protocols, and workforce management. His mandate includes strengthening audit performance, improving room readiness cycles, ensuring consistency across brand standards, and driving efficiency through structured systems and process optimisation.

Proven Track Record Across Marriott Hotels
Nitesh Bairwa joins from Fairfield by Marriott Jodhpur, where he served as second-in-command for rooms operations. During his tenure, he earned the HOD of the Year Award twice (2022 and 2024), achieved 100% cleanliness scores in brand audits, and received the Highest Rooms Profit Margin vs Budget Award in 2024.
Earlier in his career, he progressed steadily at Jaipur Marriott Hotel, rising from Housekeeping Associate to Housekeeping Executive. He later served as Housekeeping Manager at The Westin Pushkar Resort & Spa, where he improved room cleanliness scores by 8.4% within one year.
Education and Leadership Development
An alumnus of Institute of Hotel Management Jodhpur, Nitesh has further strengthened his leadership capabilities through professional development programs including “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” and Marriott’s “Foundations of Leadership.”
