In his new role, Sen will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day resort operations, driving strategic initiatives, and supporting the company’s expansion plans. He will report to Malavika Hegde, Chairperson, and M. Venkatesh, Director, The Serai Resorts.

Saibal Sen brings with him deep expertise in hotel operations, asset management, and business development. Over the course of his career, he has successfully driven profitability, improved operational efficiencies, and strengthened owner and stakeholder relationships across multiple hospitality portfolios.

Most recently, Sen served as Vice President – Operations at Evolve Back Resorts. His professional journey also includes senior leadership roles with Taj Group, the erstwhile Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.
