The Fern Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of Crescent The Fern Budhni, Series by Marriott, marking a strategic expansion of its footprint in Madhya Pradesh. With this addition, the group’s portfolio in North India will grow to 21 operational and pipeline hotels, reflecting its continued focus on emerging destinations.

Hotel Overview & Facilities

Scheduled to open in the first half of 2026, Crescent The Fern Budhni will feature 82 rooms and suites, designed to meet the needs of both business and leisure travellers. Planned amenities include an all-day dining restaurant, a bar and lounge café, one conference room, and two banquet halls to support corporate meetings and social events.

Located in Budhni, Madhya Pradesh, the hotel is set to serve a developing regional market witnessing rising economic and travel activity.
