The Fern Hotels Deepens Gujarat Presence with New Navsari Signing

The Fern Hotels & Resorts has announced a new addition to its growing footprint in Gujarat with a proposed hotel coming up in Navsari. Once operational, the property will become part of the expanding Series by Marriott portfolio and further strengthen The Fern’s already significant presence in the state.

With this signing, the brand now counts 38 hotels either operational or under development in Gujarat, making it one of its strongest regional markets.

Why Navsari?

Navsari sits strategically in southern Gujarat and is known for its cultural heritage as well as its increasingly active commercial ecosystem. Surrounded by trade routes and close to key business districts, the city is seeing steady growth in corporate travel alongside weekend tourism and social event demand.

This shift has created a clear opportunity for branded mid-to-upscale hospitality — something The Fern says the new hotel will help fulfill.

Inside the Upcoming Property

The hotel is planned to include:

• 54 guest rooms and suites

• A curated fine-dining restaurant

• A modern café-style deli

• Three event spaces suited for weddings, corporate functions, and mid-scale conferences

• A fitness centre for guests prioritising wellness during travel

As part of Series by Marriott, travellers will also be able to earn and redeem points through the Marriott Bonvoy program, increasing appeal for frequent business guests and loyal international travellers.
