Biradar brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in hospitality engineering and facilities management. Before joining The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace, he served as director of engineering at The Westin Pune. His career includes senior leadership roles at Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach, Renaissance Bengaluru Racecourse, and several Accor hotels across India, where he managed complex engineering operations.

In addition to his experience in India, Biradar has worked internationally with Muthu Hotels, handling multi-property engineering responsibilities across Portugal, Spain, and France. His international exposure includes overseeing renovations, managing new projects, and leading engineering teams across varied operating environments.
