With over 15 years of experience across leading international hospitality brands, Chef Pramod brings deep expertise in multi-outlet kitchen operations, culinary innovation, and people-centric leadership.

The appointment reinforces the hotel’s focus on elevating dining experiences while maintaining operational excellence across its food and beverage offerings.


Culinary leadership at the Pune property

In his new role, Pramod Chougale will oversee all culinary and food and beverage operations at the hotel. His responsibilities include menu development, multi-outlet kitchen management, banquet and event dining, cost controls, sustainability initiatives, and talent development, while ensuring consistent quality across all dining formats.

A results-driven culinary professional, Chef Pramod is recognised for his strong operational discipline, creative approach to menu design, and collaborative leadership style. His experience spans high-volume hospitality environments, where he has successfully balanced innovation with efficiency and brand standards.


Career experience across Marriott and luxury brands

Prior to joining Sheraton Grand Pune Bund Garden Hotel, Pramod Chougale served as Executive Chef at Courtyard by Marriott Tiruchirappalli, where he led all culinary operations, introduced seasonal menus, and managed large-scale events while maintaining cost efficiency and consistency.

His earlier leadership roles include assignments at Four Points by Sheraton Ahmedabad, The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace, Le Méridien Mahabaleshwar Resort & Spa, Kochi Marriott Hotel, Courtyard by Marriott Hinjewadi, and JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu. Across these roles, he developed strong expertise in modern culinary techniques, sustainability practices, and large-scale kitchen management.
