In his new role, Satyabrat will work closely with the General Manager and senior leadership to ensure financial discipline, regulatory adherence, and alignment of financial strategy with the property’s long-term business objectives.

Career Background

An MBA in Finance, Satyabrat Sandha brings over 15 years of experience across hospitality finance, accounting, auditing, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial governance. His career reflects consistent exposure to complex hotel operations and multi-property financial oversight across domestic and international markets.

Prior to joining The Westin Pune Koregaon Park, he served as Cluster Director of Finance – ANZP with Marriott International, overseeing finance operations for Sheraton Samoa Aggie Grey’s Hotel & Bungalows and Sheraton Samoa Beach Resort. In this role, he managed financial controls, reporting standards, and compliance across international portfolios.

Satyabrat’s professional journey includes senior finance leadership roles at Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort & Spa, where he served as Director of Finance, as well as multiple finance leadership assignments at Aloft Bengaluru Cessna Business Park. Across these roles, he contributed to strengthening governance frameworks, supporting operational teams, and enabling business performance through structured financial oversight.
