The project will feature approximately 162 rooms and will be integrated into a large mixed-use development.

The hotel will be part of Ingka Centres’ upcoming 2.5 million sq. ft. mixed-use development in Noida, designed as a retail-led destination combining shopping, leisure, workspaces, and community environments.

Positioned within the Meeting Places concept, the development aims to create integrated urban ecosystems where hospitality complements retail and social engagement. The inclusion of a hotel is expected to enhance dwell time and support both business and leisure demand.

The partnership brings together SAMHI Hotels’ institutional operating platform and Ingka Centres’ global development expertise. The collaboration aligns with SAMHI’s strategy of working with established partners to expand its footprint in key urban markets.
