Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels Ltd. (ROHL) has announced the signing of a new all-suite leisure hotel under its Regenta brand in Jodhpur, marking another step in the group’s asset-light expansion strategy. The signing further enhances the company’s footprint in heritage and leisure destinations across Rajasthan, a market that continues to witness strong tourism and event-driven demand.

Project overview and opening timeline

The upcoming Regenta Hotel Jodhpur is scheduled to open by December 2029. The property will feature 200 spacious all-suite keys, designed to serve leisure travellers, extended-stay guests, destination weddings, and premium social and corporate gatherings.

Location and development partnership

Strategically located near the Jodhpur High Court at Shatabdi Circle on New Pali Road, the hotel will offer easy connectivity to major commercial zones and prominent tourist landmarks. The project is being developed in partnership with Jodhana Real Home Private Limited and Shreeyukt, combining local development strength with Regenta’s established operational expertise.

Dining, wellness, and guest experiences

Guests at the hotel can expect a curated hospitality experience with an all-day dining restaurant, a lobby bar, and a rooftop pool bar. These offerings will be supported by wellness-oriented amenities and thoughtfully planned suite layouts, positioning the property as a refined leisure-led destination in the city.

Banquet and event infrastructure

The hotel’s banqueting and event facilities will include

• One 6,000 sq. ft. banquet hall connected to a 4,000 sq. ft. open terrace

• One 4,000 sq. ft. banquet hall

• Three breakaway rooms, each measuring approximately 2,500 sq. ft.

This infrastructure is designed to cater to large weddings, celebrations, conferences, and high-profile social events.
