Career Background

Sunil Khera brings over 33 years of experience in hotel operations, people leadership, and performance optimisation. His career spans senior leadership roles with Hotel President, Holiday Inn, and ITC Hotels. Most recently, he served as Area General Manager at Sarovar Hotels, where he oversaw multi-property operations and strengthened operational outcomes across the region.

In his new role at ROHL, Khera will lead operations across the company’s northern portfolio, with a strong focus on brand governance, guest experience enhancement, operational consistency, and leadership development. His people-first approach and execution-driven leadership align closely with Royal Orchid’s emphasis on scalable and disciplined operations.

Gaurav Goyal Joins as Senior Vice President – Business Development

With more than 22 years of experience in hospitality business development, strategy, and expansion, Gaurav Goyal brings deep expertise in driving portfolio growth across diverse markets. His professional journey includes leadership roles at Jaypee Residency, Taj Residency, Spree Hotels & Resorts, and Lemon Tree Hotels, where he most recently served as Assistant Vice President – Business Development.

At ROHL, Goyal will spearhead the group’s expansion roadmap, focusing on management contracts, strategic alliances, portfolio expansion, and brand-led growth.
