The upcoming Regenta Hotel, Mundra will operate under a hotel management agreement, reinforcing the group’s asset-light growth strategy and continued focus on high-demand business destinations.

Located in a key economic corridor, the hotel is designed to serve the growing influx of business travellers, logistics professionals, and corporate guests associated with Mundra’s port-led ecosystem.
Scheduled to open by Q4 2027, the property will offer 103 well-appointed rooms, combining comfort with functional design tailored for modern business needs.
