Career Background
Ranjana brings more than 20 years of hospitality experience, having worked with two of the world’s leading hotel groups – Hyatt and Marriott International. She joined Hyatt in 2019 and has since held several key positions within the company.
Most recently, she served as Cluster Director of Human Resources for Andaz Delhi and Hyatt Delhi Residences. In this role, she focused on building a strong organizational culture, improving operational alignment, and developing future leaders. During her tenure, Andaz Delhi achieved notable improvements in team engagement and guest satisfaction scores, earning recognition as a “Most Preferred Workplace” by Team Marksmen for three consecutive years.
Key Achievements
A graduate of Hyatt’s General Manager Development Program, Ranjana previously served as Taskforce General Manager at Hyatt Centric Janakpuri, where she successfully managed multi-brand operations.
Before joining Hyatt, she held senior leadership positions with Marriott International, contributing to pre-opening teams and talent development at properties including JW Marriott Chandigarh, JW Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove Resort & Spa, and Renaissance Ahmedabad.
