In his new role, Vashisht will oversee the hotel’s overall operations and staff management, while also leading sales, marketing, and service delivery functions. His mandate includes driving operational efficiency, strengthening market positioning, and maintaining brand-aligned service standards.

Key Achievements

Prior to joining Ramada Encore Dwarka Expressway, Vashisht served as General Manager at Yashail Hotel, Haridwar, formerly operated as Radisson Blu Haridwar. During his tenure, he led end-to-end hotel operations and managed key commercial functions, including sales and marketing, while guiding on-ground teams.

A Delhi native, Vashisht is a 2004 graduate of Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, New Delhi, bringing both academic grounding and hands-on leadership experience to his new role.
