With over 15 years of experience in hospitality sales, marketing, and revenue strategy, Ramadass will lead integrated commercial planning for the hotel and convention ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on MICE, exhibitions, weddings, and large-format events.

Career Background

Prior to this appointment, Ramadass served as Director of Sales & Marketing at Hyatt Regency Dehradun Resort and Spa, where he successfully repositioned the property in the luxury segment and delivered a 17 percent increase in revenue.

His earlier roles include senior commercial leadership positions at Grand Hyatt Goa, Park Hyatt Chennai, and The Westin Chennai Velachery, where he consistently strengthened ADR, improved RevPAR, and expanded corporate and MICE market share.
