Radisson Hotel Group (RHG) convened its annual General Managers’ Conference, RAD Leads 2026, bringing together senior leadership and General Managers from across South Asia for a focused two-day engagement on strategy, performance, and collaboration.


Conference Venues and Leadership Participation

The conference was hosted across two key properties—Radisson Blu Hotel Chennai Airport and Radisson Blu Resort Temple Bay Mamallapuram. It saw participation from global and regional leadership, including Chema Basterrechea, Global President & COO; Elie Younes, EVP & Global Chief Development Officer; Inigo Capell, EVP & Chief People & Resources Officer; and K. B. Kachru, Chairman, South Asia.
