Strengthening Leadership with Extensive F&B Expertise

Radisson Blu Kaushambi has announced the appointment of Ankur Dixit as Director – Food & Beverage, further strengthening its leadership team with a seasoned hospitality professional. With over 19 years of experience, Ankur brings deep expertise across luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, and large-scale banqueting operations.


A Strong Foundation in Luxury Hospitality

Ankur began his hospitality journey at The Oberoi, New Delhi, where he developed a strong foundation in luxury service standards, fine dining, and premium beverage operations. During his tenure, he worked closely with renowned outlets such as Threesixty° and Trevertino, gaining hands-on exposure to high-end guest expectations and refined service delivery.


Pre-Opening Experience and Global Cuisine Exposure

He further honed his skills during the pre-opening phase of The Leela Palace, Chanakyapuri, where he worked across globally acclaimed dining destinations. His experience included South-East Asian cuisine at The Qube, Japanese dining at Megu, and French–Italian fine dining at Le Cirque. Alongside operations, Ankur also handled Embassy and High Commission clientele, briefly serving in a sales management capacity.


Leadership Roles Across Premium Hotels

Ankur’s leadership journey includes senior roles at Hyatt Regency New Delhi, where he managed one of the city’s largest and most diverse food and beverage ecosystems. This was followed by key operational and project leadership assignments across premium hotels in the Delhi NCR region, further strengthening his expertise in multi-outlet operations and large-scale banqueting.


Driving Innovation at Radisson Blu Resort Dharamshala

Most recently, Ankur served as Food & Beverage Manager and Head of Butlers at Radisson Blu Resort Dharamshala . During his tenure, he leading the first Butler Service pilot for Radisson Hotel Group in India , led high-profile destination weddings, and successfully managed G20 and PMO-led national events. He also oversaw VIP catering for international cricket teams, including five ODI matches during the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 at the HPCA International Cricket Stadium. Under his leadership, the hotel achieved QPR audit scores of up to 98.6% , among the highest in the country.

In his current role at Radisson Blu Kaushambi, Ankur leads a comprehensive multi-outlet food and beverage portfolio along with extensive banqueting operations. His focus areas include guest experience innovation, revenue growth, operational excellence, and team development, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality dining experiences.
