His mandate also includes maintaining brand standards, optimising kitchen efficiencies, and introducing refined dining concepts that resonate with both business and leisure travellers.

With a career spanning premium hospitality brands, Mayur brings hands-on experience in managing large, multi-outlet kitchens and high-performance culinary teams. He has held senior leadership positions with Taj Malabar Resort & Spa, Taj Hotels in Kovalam, and IHG Hotels & Resorts.

During his tenure at Taj Malabar Resort & Spa, Kochi, he played a key role in strengthening operational discipline, improving menu profitability, and steering kitchens through complex operational phases, including brand transitions and service upgrades.
