Payal Joshi brings over two decades of operational leadership experience across premium hospitality brands. Her professional journey spans rooms division leadership, housekeeping management, and pre-opening assignments, particularly within Hilton-branded hotels.

Previously, she served as Room Division Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Bengaluru Whitefield and held the role of Complex Executive Housekeeper at Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park. Her background reflects deep expertise in large-scale operations, process optimisation, and service quality management in high-volume environments.
