OPO Hotels strengthens NCR presence with Horizon Lyro signing in Gurugram’s DLF Cyber City

Introduction

OPO Hotels continues to expand its footprint in the National Capital Region with the signing of OPO Horizon Lyro, a strategically located property in Gurugram’s DLF Cyber City. The move reinforces the brand’s focus on high-demand corporate corridors and business-driven hospitality markets.

Strategic Expansion in a Prime Corporate Hub

The management agreement for OPO Horizon Lyro was formalised on 5th March 2026, marking a significant step in OPO Hotels’ ongoing expansion strategy. Located in DLF Cyber City—one of NCR’s most prominent business districts—the property benefits from proximity to multinational corporations, technology hubs, and premium commercial developments.

This signing further strengthens OPO’s growing presence in Gurugram, a key micro-market driven by consistent corporate demand and global business travel.

Designed for Business and Transit Travellers

The hotel features 50 well-appointed rooms along with a 40-cover all-day dining restaurant. The property is tailored to meet the needs of business and transit travellers, offering a blend of comfort, functionality, and contemporary design.

Its location ensures seamless connectivity via NH-48 and the Delhi-Gurugram Expressway, with convenient access to Rapid Metro, Aerocity, and Indira Gandhi International Airport—enhancing its appeal for both domestic and international guests.

Operational Property with Immediate Market Presence

OPO Horizon Lyro is already operational and caters primarily to corporate and transit guests. The brand plans only minor cosmetic upgrades to align the property with its standards, ensuring uninterrupted operations while enhancing guest experience.

This approach enables OPO Hotels to quickly integrate the asset into its portfolio while maintaining revenue continuity.

Strengthening Presence in a High-Value Market

With this addition, OPO Hotels continues to build a scalable portfolio across key business hubs. Gurugram remains a strategic focus due to its strong corporate ecosystem, high occupancy potential, and consistent demand from business travellers.

The signing of Horizon Lyro highlights OPO’s asset-light growth strategy and its emphasis on well-located, operational properties within high-performing urban clusters.

Leadership Perspective

Sandeep Basu, CEO, OPO Hotels, commented that the addition of Horizon Lyro represents a significant milestone in the brand’s expansion across corporate-driven markets. He highlighted DLF Cyber City’s position as a dynamic commercial ecosystem attracting global business traffic and reiterated the brand’s commitment to delivering high-quality, strategically located hospitality experiences.
