In his new role, Chef Manish Sharma will lead the overall culinary direction of the palace. Chef Manish Sharma brings more than 20 years of experience in luxury hotel kitchens. He began his professional journey at The Oberoi Udaivilas, Udaipur, where he gained early exposure to structured culinary training and high-end operations. Over the years, he has held senior kitchen roles with prominent hospitality brands including The Taj Group, Sheraton Udaipur, and Radisson Blu Udaipur.

Recognised for his balanced approach to classical techniques and contemporary execution, Chef Manish is known for operational discipline, leadership consistency, and a strong understanding of evolving guest expectations in both leisure and celebration-driven hospitality.
