Mahindra Holidays signs new Club Mahindra resort in Dapoli near Murud Beach
Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd (MHRIL) has signed a new 110-key Club Mahindra resort in Dapoli near Murud Beach on Maharashtra’s Konkan coast. Spread across 13 acres, the resort will open in phases beginning Q1 FY27 and will feature sea-facing dining, wellness facilities, family recreation spaces, and large event venues. The development aligns with MHRIL’s FY26–FY30 expansion strategy to scale its portfolio to over 10,000 Club Mahindra keys and strengthen its presence in high-demand coastal leisure destinations.
Expanding the Club Mahindra footprint on Maharashtra’s coastline
Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited (MHRIL) has announced the signing of a new Club Mahindra resort in Dapoli, located near the scenic Murud Beach on Maharashtra’s Konkan coast. The development further strengthens the company’s presence in India’s growing coastal leisure destinations and aligns with its long-term expansion strategy.
Part of a broader growth roadmap
The new resort forms part of MHRIL’s FY26–FY30 expansion roadmap, under which the company aims to scale its portfolio to more than 10,000 keys under the Club Mahindra brand and 12,000 keys overall. The strategy includes a mix of greenfield developments, new signings, and management contracts across high-potential tourism markets in India.
Dapoli has emerged as a popular drive-to destination for travellers from Mumbai and Pune, making it an attractive location for leisure hospitality investments.
110-key coastal resort planned across 13 acres
Spread across approximately 13 acres, the upcoming Club Mahindra Dapoli Resort will feature 110 keys and will be developed in phases.
The first phase, comprising 52 keys, is expected to open in Q1 FY27, while the remaining inventory is scheduled for launch in Q2 FY27.
Designed as a contemporary coastal retreat, the resort aims to offer immersive vacation experiences for families and leisure travellers visiting the Konkan region.

In addition, the resort will feature a 500-guest indoor banquet hall and an expansive outdoor lawn capable of hosting 800–1,000 guests, positioning the property as a venue for destination celebrations, weddings, and large social gatherings.
