Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited (MHRIL) has expanded its leisure hospitality portfolio with the launch of two new Club Mahindra resorts in Amba Ghat, Maharashtra, and Bandhavgarh, Madhya Pradesh. The addition of 159 keys reinforces the brand’s presence across Western and Central India, tapping into emerging leisure destinations.
Aligned with long-term expansion strategy
The new launches contribute to MHRIL’s broader growth roadmap, including its FY26 target of adding 1,000 rooms and its long-term ambition of scaling its portfolio to 12,000 keys by FY30. The company continues to adopt a capital-efficient, asset-light model, leveraging a mix of greenfield developments, management contracts, and flexible operating structures to drive expansion.
Club Mahindra Amba Ghat: A scenic hillside retreat
Located in the Sahyadri ranges along the Kolhapur–Ratnagiri corridor, Club Mahindra Amba Ghat features 96 keys. The resort offers river-facing apartments with the Kadvi River flowing through the property, creating a tranquil setting for guests seeking offbeat hill destinations surrounded by nature.
