His experience spans kitchen operations, menu engineering, cost control, brigade leadership, and quality-driven culinary innovation. Prior to joining Le Méridien Hyderabad, he served as Executive Chef at Crowne Plaza Ahmedabad and previously held senior culinary leadership roles at Four Points by Sheraton Navi Mumbai, Hilton Jaipur, and Hilton Goa.
