Kelvin Lee assumes the role of Director of Rooms, responsible for all guest accommodation operations and service delivery standards at the luxury hotel.

Extensive Background in Premium Hotels

Lee's career spans multiple luxury hotel brands across India, including several Oberoi properties in Udaipur, Agra, New Delhi, Kolkata, and Gurgaon, as well as Trident hotels in Mumbai and Jaipur. His training includes completion of a prestigious hotel management program.

His operational background encompasses both accommodation management and dining services, providing comprehensive understanding of integrated hotel operations.

Pre-Opening and Operational Leadership

The hospitality veteran has contributed to launching new hotel properties in Hyderabad and Kolkata. His recent tenure included managing front desk operations at a luxury resort in Agra, where he supervised daily service standards and guest relations.

At the Jaipur property, Lee handled front office leadership while overseeing financial performance metrics and staff development initiatives.
