A Journey Rooted in Four Seasons Excellence

A graduate of the renowned Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland, Kartik Raol began his hospitality career in 2006. He joined Four Seasons in 2008 as part of the pre-opening team at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai, marking the start of a long and distinguished tenure with the brand.

Over the years, Raol has held progressive leadership roles across some of the world’s most exclusive properties:

  • Guest Experience Manager and Front Office Manager – Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai
  • Assistant Director of Rooms – Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Landaa Giraavaru
  • Assistant Director of Residences – Four Seasons Resort Seychelles at Desroches Island

His career has taken him from the dynamic energy of Mumbai to the serene overwater villas of the Maldives and the private-island exclusivity of Seychelles, giving him a deep understanding of diverse guest expectations in both urban and resort environments.
