From Frontline Service to Senior Leadership

Starting her journey at guest service desks, Yojan built expertise in understanding traveler expectations and managing service teams. This groundwork enabled her advancement through operational management positions at major hotel brands including properties under Accor, Taj Hotels and Marriott International.

During 2024, her performance earned multiple accolades within Marriott International's Asia Pacific operations, including outstanding results in guest feedback scores, property upkeep standards and room cleanliness. She also achieved exceptional occupancy rates for the Marriott Bonvoy program during the April-June period.

At the Goa resort, Yojan assumes responsibility for coordinating Front Desk operations, Room Maintenance, Restaurant Service, Kitchen Management and Wellness facilities.
