Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has announced the signing of a Tree of Life Resort Nashik, strengthening its presence in one of Maharashtra’s most prominent leisure and spiritual destinations. The signing marks the debut of the Tree of Life brand in Nashik and reinforces IHCL’s focus on experiential and destination-led hospitality.

Located in Trimbakeshwar, the upcoming resort will feature 49 rooms spread across over three acres of tranquil natural surroundings. Planned facilities include an all-day dining restaurant and bar, a meeting room, swimming pool, and spa, positioning the resort for leisure travellers, wellness seekers, and small social or corporate gatherings.

Destination Appeal and Market Context

Nashik has emerged as a preferred short-haul getaway for travellers from Mumbai and Pune, driven by its blend of spirituality, nature, vineyards, and outdoor experiences. The presence of the revered Trimbakeshwar Temple, along with scenic landscapes of the Western Ghats, continues to attract both leisure and spiritual tourism, supporting sustained hospitality demand.
