The upcoming resort will be strategically located within convenient driving distance of Delhi, tapping into strong demand for destination weddings, social events, weekend leisure travel, and corporate offsites. The Sohna–Palwal corridor has emerged as a key hospitality micro-market, driven by its accessibility and rising preference for large-format event venues outside city centres.

The signing strengthens the presence of the Crowne Plaza brand in South West Asia.
