IHG Hotels & Resorts and the K Raheja Group have marked a key milestone in their upcoming Powai hospitality development with a pre-opening ceremony in Mumbai. The project, scheduled for completion in 2026, represents a significant addition to the city’s hospitality and MICE infrastructure.

The ceremony was hosted by Vijayta Raheja and Nikhil K. Raheja, alongside Sudeep Jain, Managing Director, South West Asia, IHG Hotels & Resorts. Project Overview

The development comprises a dual hotel complex integrated with a large-format convention centre. Planned with approximately 300 keys, the project will include 13 meeting rooms, four food and beverage outlets, expansive lawns, and multiple public and event spaces, positioning it as a major hub for conferences and large-scale events.
