ibis and ibis Styles India have elevated Arish Mehta to the role of Portfolio Director of Revenue Management, with effect from December 2025. Operating from New Delhi, Mehta will guide revenue planning and performance optimisation across the combined ibis and ibis Styles footprint in India.

In this portfolio-level role, Mehta will focus on building consistent revenue frameworks across markets, improving yield efficiency, and ensuring closer collaboration between revenue management, sales, operations, and digital distribution teams as the brands continue to scale nationally.

Deep Accor experience across revenue verticals

Career Background

Mehta brings more than 13 years of experience within the Accor ecosystem. His career spans leadership roles covering rooms, food and beverage, and meetings and events revenue, giving him a well-rounded commercial perspective.

Prior to this appointment, he served as Director of Revenue Management at one of Accor’s key properties in Mumbai, where he was responsible for overall revenue performance at a 268-room hotel supported by multiple dining outlets and large banqueting operations. During his tenure, the hotel delivered strong year-on-year growth in room revenues, alongside measurable improvements in occupancy levels, average daily rates, and competitive market positioning.

Key Achievements

Earlier in his journey, Mehta handled cluster-level revenue responsibilities for several ibis hotels across major Indian cities. In that role, he worked closely with on-ground teams to refine pricing strategies, strengthen demand forecasting, and improve inventory deployment. He also played a role in developing internal revenue talent, supporting Accor’s long-term leadership pipeline.

Commenting on the development, Animesh Kumar, Commercial Head – ibis and ibis Styles India, said the expanding presence of the two brands in India requires a cohesive and forward-looking revenue approach. He noted that Mehta’s understanding of brand positioning, combined with his analytical strength and collaborative working style, makes him well suited to lead revenue strategy at a portfolio level.
