Four-Year Journey at the Property

Joining the hotel in 2021 during its pre-opening phase as director of sales, Reynolds has advanced through multiple positions at the property. He moved into the director of sales & marketing role the following year, and took on assistant general manager responsibilities in 2023. During his time at the property, Reynolds has contributed to enhancing operational performance, building team cohesion, and improving satisfaction levels among guests.

Reynolds is currently participating in Hyatt's General Manager Development Program, which has prepared him with a blend of market insight, operational knowledge, and revenue-focused strategies that will inform his approach to leading the property.

His professional journey includes multiple assignments across premium Hyatt properties in India, including Grand Hyatt Goa, Grand Hyatt Mumbai, and Park Hyatt Chennai, where he held progressively senior sales and commercial roles. His experience portfolio also encompasses positions with other international hospitality brands including Westin and Ramada properties.
