Hilton has announced the signing of Waldorf Astoria Goa, introducing one of the world’s most recognised luxury hotel brands to South Goa. The signing marks Hilton’s third Waldorf Astoria project in India, following planned developments in Jaipur and New Delhi, and reinforces its focus on scaling luxury and lifestyle brands across key Indian destinations.
With this addition, Hilton’s operational and pipeline presence in Goa expands to four hotels, underscoring sustained confidence in the market’s domestic and international demand.
Prime South Goa Waterfront Development
Scheduled to open in 2030, Waldorf Astoria Goa will be developed on a 20-acre beachfront site in South Goa, offering uninterrupted views of the Arabian Sea. The location combines coastal seclusion with Goa’s cultural heritage, positioning the hotel as a premium leisure and destination-led offering.
The project is being developed by West Coast Hotels Pvt. Ltd., a joint venture between the Dempo Group and Triton Hotels & Resorts Private Limited.
Design, Dining and Event-Led Experiences
The hotel will feature 148 rooms, suites, and villas, alongside a curated selection of dining venues. Signature brand elements will include Peacock Alley, a beachfront restaurant, and a rooftop bar overlooking the sea.
With approximately 10,800 square feet of indoor event space, complemented by outdoor venues, the hotel is set to cater to luxury weddings, social celebrations, and high-end corporate events. Additional facilities will include a luxury spa, fitness centre, and multiple swimming pools.
