With over 16 years of experience across Asia and the Middle East, Gurnoor brings a people-led leadership philosophy shaped by global exposure, cultural sensitivity, and operational depth.

Career Background

Gurnoor Bindra’s career spans senior leadership and operational roles across Asia and the Middle East, with extensive experience in luxury hotels and large resort environments. Prior to joining Raffles Udaipur, she served as General Manager at The St. Regis Goa Resort, where she led the property through a critical operational phase, focusing on performance alignment, service delivery, and organisational stability.

Her leadership journey also includes multiple senior roles with Marriott International in Dubai, where she held positions such as General Manager, Hotel Manager, and Cluster Director – Operational Innovation, leading transformation initiatives and driving operational excellence across luxury portfolios.

Earlier in her career, Gurnoor was associated with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., where she worked in regional operations roles across South Asia and Southeast Asia. Her responsibilities included hotel openings, brand compliance, operational audits, and the implementation of operational excellence frameworks.

She began her professional journey in finance, building a strong foundation in business strategy and financial discipline. Gurnoor holds a B.Com (Hons) degree from Lady Shri Ram College and has completed an Executive Programme in Global Business Management from IIM Lucknow, equipping her with a balanced operational and commercial perspective.
