His professional journey includes stints with The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group, Lemon Tree Hotels, Treehouse Hotels & Resorts, and Old-World Hospitality.

Shandilya has worked extensively across PCO, DMC, and MICE segments, contributing to revenue growth through strategic partnerships and long-term client engagement.

Ashwini Alpesh Taware: Strengthening Corporate and Travel Trade Sales

Ashwini Alpesh Taware brings more than a decade of experience spanning corporate sales, travel trade, events, and MICE. Her career includes roles with Lemon Tree Hotels, Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa Nashik, Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels, and The Orchid Hotel Mumbai.

Her exposure across both property-level operations and national sales offices provides her with a deep understanding of market dynamics, client expectations, and scalable sales execution.
