ELIVAAS Scales to 620 Villas, Sets Sights on 1,200+ by End-2026

Rapid scale-up in India’s organised villa hospitality market

Luxury villa hospitality platform ELIVAAS has expanded its operational portfolio to approximately 620 villas within two years of launch, placing it among the fastest-growing organised players in India’s villa accommodation segment. The milestone reflects rising demand for private, experience-driven stays across leisure and corporate travel categories.

Strong guest demand fuels growth momentum

Career Background

Since inception, ELIVAAS has hosted over 3 lakh guests, with overall guest volumes recording a 2.7x growth between December 2023 and December 2025. The surge has been driven by group vacations, milestone celebrations, destination weddings, and corporate off-sites, as travellers increasingly opt for exclusive villa formats over traditional hotel stays.

Operational consistency amid rapid expansion

Despite its accelerated scale-up, ELIVAAS has maintained strong service standards. Around 95 percent of guest stays have received five-star ratings, highlighting consistent performance across property operations, service delivery, and guest experience management. The company attributes this to structured onboarding, technology-enabled operations, and standardised service protocols.

Founder’s perspective on sustainable scaling

Key Achievements

Commenting on the growth milestone, Ritwik Khare, Founder and CEO, noted that disciplined expansion remains central to the company’s strategy. He emphasised that sustainable villa hospitality requires supply growth, demand generation, and guest experience to scale in tandem, with guest feedback serving as a key indicator of operational health.

Experience-led offerings and regional strength

Current Role & Responsibilities

ELIVAAS currently has a strong footprint across North and West India, which together contribute the majority of bookings. The platform has also broadened its experience-led services, with many villas offering private chefs, spa therapies, customised décor, live entertainment, and concierge-curated local experiences, enhancing the appeal of villa stays.

Expansion roadmap for 2026

Looking ahead, ELIVAAS plans to more than double its inventory to over 1,200 villas by the end of 2026. The expansion will focus on high-demand leisure destinations, premium second-home markets, and corporate retreat hubs, supported by technology-driven operational efficiencies and deeper service partnerships.
