Eco Hotels Reports FY2026 Revenue Growth to ₹498.91 Lakh

Introduction

Eco Hotels and Resorts Limited has reported its audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, highlighting a significant increase in revenue driven by expansion and portfolio growth, even as higher investments impacted overall profitability.

Revenue Growth and Financial Performance

On a consolidated basis, Eco Hotels and Resorts Limited recorded total revenue of ₹247.39 lakh in Q4 FY2026, up from ₹94.18 lakh in the corresponding period last year. For the full financial year, revenue increased to ₹498.91 lakh compared to ₹109.24 lakh in FY2025, reflecting strong scale-up across operations.

However, total comprehensive income remained negative at ₹(546.73) lakh for the quarter and ₹(1,080.24) lakh for FY2026, largely due to elevated operating costs linked to expansion initiatives. Total expenses stood at ₹860.72 lakh for the quarter and ₹1,645.76 lakh for the full year.

Standalone Performance Overview

On a standalone basis, revenue for Q4 FY2026 stood at ₹248.77 lakh, compared to ₹10.09 lakh in the same quarter last year. For FY2026, standalone revenue rose to ₹491.88 lakh from ₹13.71 lakh in FY2025.

Despite the strong top-line growth, total comprehensive income remained in the negative at ₹(552.70) lakh for the quarter and ₹(991.29) lakh for the year, reflecting continued investment in operational and portfolio expansion.

Operational Expansion and Asset Growth

During FY2026, the company expanded its operational footprint, supported by an increase in right-of-use assets and property investments. The growth strategy remains aligned with an asset-light model, enabling the addition of properties across multiple brands while maintaining flexibility in capital deployment.

The balance sheet was further strengthened through equity infusion, providing support for ongoing and future expansion initiatives.

Management Commentary

Vinod K. Tripathi, Chairman of Eco Hotels and Resorts Limited, stated that FY2026 marked a key phase for the company, with accelerated expansion and increased operational scale contributing to revenue growth. He noted that the company remains focused on building a resilient hospitality platform capable of delivering sustained long-term value.

Vikram Doshi, Director Finance and Chief Financial Officer, added that the current financial performance reflects a period of planned investments aimed at strengthening operational capabilities and supporting future growth. He indicated that improved operating leverage and property stabilisation are expected to enhance financial alignment over time.

Growth Strategy and Outlook

The performance underscores Eco Hotels and Resorts Limited’s strategy of prioritising scale and portfolio expansion in the near term, while positioning for improved profitability as assets mature and operational efficiencies improve.

Conclusion

Eco Hotels’ FY2026 results highlight a growth-led approach, with strong revenue expansion supported by increased investments, signalling a long-term focus on building scale and strengthening its position in India’s hospitality sector.
