Atmosphere Core has strengthened its India expansion strategy with the signing of a boutique hospitality project in Goa, marking its entry into one of the country’s most culturally distinctive micro-markets. The company has entered into a partnership with Vision Dempo Hospitality Pvt Ltd to develop Crown Heritage Panjim by Atmosphere Goa, a boutique property scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2027.

Located in the UNESCO-recognised Latin Quarter of Fontainhas, the hotel will benefit from proximity to the Mandovi River, while maintaining connectivity to both Manohar International Airport (Mopa) and Dabolim Airport.
