Atmosphere Core Debuts ONE Atmosphere Suites in Gurugram with M3M India Partnership

Atmosphere Core has entered the Indian market with the launch of its serviced living concept, ONE Atmosphere Suites, marking a strategic move into high-growth urban hospitality segments. The debut project in Gurugram reflects the brand’s focus on blending residential flexibility with hospitality-led experiences.

Project Overview and Location

Developed in partnership with M3M India, ONE Atmosphere Suites – Corner Walk is located in Sector 73/74, Gurugram. The project will feature 256 fully serviced luxury suites, with operations expected to commence in winter 2026. This marks the brand’s first development in India.

Concept and Positioning

Positioned as a premium serviced apartment offering, the project is designed to cater to business travellers and long-stay guests. It combines the comfort of residential living with professional hospitality services, drawing on Atmosphere Core’s experience-driven philosophy.

Amenities and Guest Experience

The development will include a range of lifestyle and business amenities such as an all-day dining restaurant, café, terrace-level club, swimming pool, co-working spaces, lounges, conference rooms, banquet facilities, gym, and spa. These features are designed to support both short-term and extended stays.

Design and Artistic Identity

Interiors are being designed by Rohit Gulati, with contributions from local artists to create a distinctive visual identity across the property. The approach aims to deliver a unique, design-led environment aligned with global hospitality standards.

Salil Panigrahi, Co-Founder and Managing Director, Atmosphere Core, highlighted India as a key growth market and positioned Gurugram as a strategic entry point. He noted that the project aims to introduce a differentiated serviced hospitality experience.

Strategic Expansion Plans

Sandeep Ahuja, Managing Director, ONE Atmosphere and Atmosphere Living, stated that the launch marks the beginning of a broader collaboration with M3M India. The partnership plans to expand across Gurugram and Noida initially, with a wider roadmap covering India and international markets including Southeast Asia and the Middle East. The brand aims to sign approximately 7,500 keys globally over the next five years.
