Assotech Realty Partners with Atmosphere Core for ₹200 Crore All-Suite Hospitality Project in Shirdi

Assotech Realty has announced a strategic partnership with Atmosphere Core to develop a new hospitality project in Shirdi, Maharashtra.

The collaboration will see Atmosphere Core operate and manage Assotech’s upcoming all-suite hotel property, designed to cater to the growing influx of pilgrims and leisure travellers visiting the renowned spiritual destination.

Investment and Project Overview

Assotech Realty plans to invest approximately ₹200 crore in the development of the project. The property will feature 160 suites, each measuring around 45 square metres, offering spacious and contemporary accommodation.

The project aims to deliver a modern hospitality experience in Shirdi while maintaining the spiritual character associated with one of India’s most visited pilgrimage destinations.

The all-suite concept is expected to appeal to families, long-stay travellers, and high-value visitors seeking larger accommodation formats and international-standard services.

Rising Hospitality Demand in Temple Tourism Destinations

The partnership reflects a broader shift in India’s spiritual tourism landscape, where major pilgrimage centres are gradually evolving into organised tourism ecosystems.

Destinations such as Shirdi are witnessing improvements in transport connectivity, urban infrastructure, and hospitality development, encouraging the introduction of professionally managed hotels and integrated travel experiences.

With millions of devotees visiting Shirdi every year, the demand for quality accommodation and enhanced guest experiences has continued to rise.

Leadership Perspective from Assotech Realty

Neeraj Gulati noted that Shirdi is entering a new phase of growth supported by infrastructure development and increasing tourism demand.

According to Gulati, the partnership with Atmosphere Core reflects Assotech’s vision of creating hospitality projects that respect the spiritual identity of pilgrimage destinations while offering contemporary comfort and service standards.

He added that the development will also cater to NRI and HNI travellers, many of whom prefer spacious all-suite accommodations for extended visits to religious destinations.

Hospitality Vision from Atmosphere Core

Salil Panigrahi emphasised that India’s spiritual tourism sector is undergoing rapid transformation.

He highlighted that modern travellers increasingly expect globally benchmarked service, curated experiences, and comfortable accommodations, even when visiting pilgrimage centres.

Through this collaboration, Atmosphere Core aims to bring its international hospitality expertise to Shirdi while creating a welcoming retreat that balances warm hospitality with the calm and spiritual atmosphere of the destination.

Strengthening Shirdi’s Tourism Ecosystem

The new hospitality project is expected to support Shirdi’s expanding tourism infrastructure and enhance the overall visitor experience.

Developments like this not only improve accommodation standards but also contribute to local employment generation, economic activity, and destination development.

As temple tourism continues to grow across India, integrated hospitality projects are increasingly playing a role in transforming pilgrimage centres into well-structured travel destinations that combine spiritual, leisure, and cultural experiences.
