The group has announced the signing of Ananta Elite Dehradun, located in Tehsil Vikasnagar, marking its first project in the state. Scheduled to open in March 2027, the development reflects Ananta Hotels’ continued expansion across high-potential regional markets.

The 100-room property is owned by Apple Valley Hospitality Services and will be operated under a management contract. This approach aligns with the company’s asset-light growth strategy, enabling expansion through partnerships while maintaining operational oversight.
