Located in Chinar Fortune City near Bawadiya Kalan, the boutique hotel is designed to serve business travellers, leisure guests, and social gatherings with contemporary accommodation, dining, and event facilities.

Positioned in one of Bhopal’s growing residential and commercial districts, Amber – A Unit of Sayaji offers an intimate hospitality experience with 22 well-appointed rooms. The hotel includes 20 Superior Rooms (280 sq. ft.) and two Family Rooms (552 sq. ft.), catering to solo travellers, couples, and families seeking comfortable short or extended stays.
The opening strengthens Sayaji’s presence in its home state while supporting Bhopal’s evolving hospitality landscape, which continues to attract travellers exploring nearby heritage destinations such as Sanchi Stupa and the Bhimbetka Rock Shelters.
Dining at Cafene
The hotel’s dining venue, Cafene, provides a casual yet contemporary setting for guests. The restaurant offers a breakfast buffet and an à la carte menu, with a seating capacity of 52 covers including 34 indoor seats and 18 al fresco.
Designed for relaxed meals and informal meetings, Cafene combines familiar comfort dishes with regional flavour influences.
Event and Celebration Spaces
Amber – A Unit of Sayaji also features versatile venues for social events, corporate gatherings, and weddings.
Aurum, the hotel’s banquet hall, spans 2,736 sq. ft. and can accommodate up to 150 guests in theatre-style seating, with additional formats including classroom seating for 60 guests and cluster seating for up to 80.
For larger celebrations, Vatika Lawn provides an expansive 24,850 sq. ft. outdoor venue capable of hosting up to 1,000 guests, making it suitable for weddings, receptions, and large social events.
