AM Hotel Kollection adds second Foxtrail-associated hotel in the city

A new Foxtrail-branded hotel has begun operations in Gurugram, adding to the managed portfolio of AM Hotel Kollection, which functions under LaRiSa Hotels & Resorts. The hotel is located on Golf Course Extension Road, an area that has seen rapid commercial and residential development in recent years.

The hotel is being operated under a long-term management agreement, reinforcing the asset owner’s preference for professional hotel operations while retaining ownership. The collaboration continues an existing relationship between the owning family and the AM Hotel Kollection team.

Speaking on the expansion, Vijay Kalra, representing the owning family, said the second hotel in Gurugram reflects long-term confidence in the market. He added that consistency in operations and service delivery was a key reason for continuing with the same hotel operator.
